Goldenflicker sat at the edge of the warriors den, looking up at silverpelt. Unlike Talonblaze, she couldn't sleep. goldenflicker sighed, only then realizing she had been holding her breath. She had woken froma restless sleep a while ago, and was just now falling asleep. She curled up, closed her eyes, then sat up quickly as Talonblaze kicked her side. Snoerting, she realized how she had woken up in the first place.

Goldenflicker laid back down, scooting a little away from Talonblaze, muttering about something from his dream. 'Why is he my mate?' Goldenflicker asked herself. They were complete opposites. Feeling a cloud of sleep wash over her, she closed her eyes once more falling into a troubled sleep.

Whispercloud padded into the clearing, carrying a bundle of herbs.I can't believe I fell asleep... he though padding into the medicine cat's den.Eaglestar won't be happy with me at all...

Goldenflicker woke, feeling something poking her side. "Goldenflicker... hey, wake up..." Talonblaze whispered. "Mmm... what's wrong?" She whispered back lazily. "Nothing. Just follow me." With that Talonblaze turned and walked out of the den. Goldenflicker sprang to her feet, not quite awake, and padded after her mate. "Where are we going?" She asked. "You'll see." Talonblaze said and led her out of camp.
